Michael Fine achieved his primary architectural education in the undergraduate program of the University of Miami culminating in a bachelor of Architecture degree in 1980 at which time he embarked upon a career in South Florida. Having gained experience at some of the most respected architectural practices in the area the firm was created as a means to develop creatively as a sole practitioner upon licensure in the mid 1980’s.

Founded upon the basic premise of sound design and quality service the firm has designed and been involved in the construction of hundreds of residential projects ranging in scale from interior renovations to custom homes in excess of twenty thousand square feet. They have designed multitudes of shopping centers, industrial facilities, churches, offices, restaurants as well as interior improvements too numerous to mention.

The South Florida based firm has developed a client base purely on referrals and remains one of the few architectural practices that remains involved in the project from the initial design through completion of the construction immersed in the intricacies of all aspects of the project. The team approach has evolved into a boutique practice that remains the lead in both the architectural phase of all projects as well as the construction phase.

The firm develops the design as is typical in the practice of architecture and then complements he design with detailed estimates of the construction tasks concluding in the creation of a construction schedule and management of the actual construction providing a single source of responsibility. This approach allows for total control of the quality with detail consistent with the design intent not encumbered by the requirements and dictates of a general contractor thus eliminating the coordination and aesthetic differences often plaguing the typical architect-contractor relationship.

The practice strives for quality design and professional service while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction from the initial meeting through completion of the construction having successfully done so in the past and will continue to do so well in to the future.
